Convention qualification is based on all fixed annuity, LTC and Life Insurance premium received by any of the insurance carriers that advisor is licensed through CRP between 1/1/08 and 12/31/08.

CRP’s Diamond Producers’ Club Trip
Atlantis Resort
Paradise Island, Bahamas
$1,000 Cash Per Advisor or $2,000 Cash Per Couple
(Includes The Gold Producers’ and Platinum Producer’s Club Trip)
$10 Million in Paid Premium
(Received January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008)
Please note: Production cannot be accumulated between advisors. However; personal producing husband and wife teams and true, 2 producer partnerships, may accumulate production between them, but CRP will only allow for 1 incentive trip/award “slot”.
Trip awards are for contracted CRP advisors and their guest only.
No substitutions allowed.
There is no cash value or residual benefit to advisor if any advisor qualifies for trip, but doesn’t attend for any reason. Cash or an equivalent incentive award will NOT be presented to qualifiers who do not attend.
Only advisors who are licensed with CRP and in good standing at the time of trip will be allowed to attend.
All products through CRP qualify; however, CRP must receive an average of 1.00% annuity override commission to qualify for trip. (Additional premium above these levels will offset a lower average override to be determined by CRP)
All business credited as follows: Fixed, Indexed, Immediate Annuities and MYGAs @ 100%; LTC and Life Target (Whole and UL) @ 1000%; Term and Life Excess @ 100%; MoneyGuard @ 100%.
Any special promotional convention credits offered by CRP will not count towards total personal production for top advisor standings for 2008.
Buy-ins are not allowed by advisors who do not meet minimum production requirements, unless approved by CRP based on available space and number of qualified producers.
Attendance is by invitation only.
Interpretation of the rules will be at the sole discretion of CRP.
All decisions are final.
Final determination of convention location and qualification will be at the sole discretion of Covenant Reliance Producers, LLC, and CRP reserves the right to deny attendance to any qualifier.
If unforeseen regulatory or compliance circumstances arise, CRP may cancel any incentive trip without obligation to provide any cash or equivalent incentive award.
Conventions and contests may be modified or cancelled without notice, at any time and without any obligation on the part of Covenant Reliance Producers, LLC, to any person.
This is an IRS form “1099-Misc.” event. Advisor will be responsible for value of all awarded items by issuance of an IRS Form.
